Women trafficking, often intertwined with human trafficking, is one of the most heinous violations of human dignity. It involves the recruitment, transportation, and exploitation of women—primarily for sexual exploitation, forced labor, domestic servitude, or forced marriage—through coercion, deception, or abduction. Women and girls constitute the majority of victims globally and in India, facing unimaginable physical, emotional, and psychological trauma.
